Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, workplace and network-related issues
- Deliver end-user training and guidance to improve digital skills and self-sufficiency
- Install, configure and maintain laptops, workstations and peripheral devices across locations in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Intune
- Manage user accounts, licenses, device enrolment and access rights
- Perform routine updates, patch management, backups and system health checks
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and user guides
- Safeguard data security, confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Support endpoint security, device compliance and access management
- Promote security awareness and best practices across the organisation
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and standards
- Collaborate with external IT and software vendors
- Identify opportunities to improve IT services, systems and processes
- Provide recommendations on emerging technologies and innovations that support business growth
