Key Responsibilities

  • •Own release QA: build test plans and regression suites, and make the go/no-go call for every release.
  • •Validate our critical flows end to end: onboarding, paywalls, checkout, payments, and subscription state transitions.
  • •Reproduce and document bugs clearly, coordinate fixes with engineering, and verify resolutions before they ship.
  • •Grow our automation coverage: automate repetitive tests, maintain release checklists, and drive down escaped defects.
  • •Classify bug severity and set the escalation path within QA's scope.
  • •Document QA processes and playbooks in Confluence so quality practices scale with the team.
  • •Use AI-enabled tooling to accelerate test coverage, bug reproduction, and scripting.
