•Research, understand, and validate customer needs within the app and web environment
•Speak with users, analyze behavior, and translate insights into product improvements
•Define clear problem statements, hypotheses, and product initiatives
•Determine together with stakeholders where the greatest value lies for both customers and CowManager
•Focus on impact instead of output: delivering the right solutions to the most important problems
•Contribute to the product vision and help prioritize where the most value lies
•Work closely with design, development, data, support, and commercial teams
•Guide solutions from initial idea through validation, delivery, and evaluation
•Monitor results, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product
