Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact for business requests coming through DevOps
•Work with stakeholders across teams to understand business needs and system impact
•Translate technical designs into clear functional requirements for developers
•Break down requests into epics, features, and user stories
•Facilitate stand-ups, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies
•Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and support successful releases
•Work with internal teams and implementation partners on system implementations and integrations
•Challenge stakeholders when needed and help improve business processes
