- Oversee and manage daily operations within the housekeeping department

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning of guest rooms and public areas

- Handle administrative tasks such as usage reports, maintenance requests, and time tracking
- Drive continuous improvement within the department
- Train, guide, and coach team members to achieve quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards
- Work both morning and evening shifts
