Key Responsibilities
- Publish and schedule social content
- Engage with our community and keep an eye on conversations
- Turn podcasts, reports, customer stories and existing content into new social formats
- Create and adapt carousels, memes, quote cards, screenshots and other social assets
- Support our employee advocacy and thought-leadership programmes
- Help maintain our content and social calendars
- Upload and format content on our website
- Keep our content library, customer proof and marketing assets organised and up to date
- Support campaigns with research, assets, distribution and reporting
- Research competitors, trends and interesting things happening across marketing
- Help with podcast, thought-leadership and event research
- Spot good content worth giving a second (or third) life
