Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with team members in Amsterdam and other international Clifford Chance offices to deliver high-end, strategic employment advice on matters such as boardroom issues, terminations, reorganizations, works council negotiations, and investigations
- Represent clients in court when disputes require litigation, either as part of a broader team or independently, depending on the matter
- Partner with M&A and Finance teams to advise on employment and works council matters in international transactions
- Enhance legal expertise and skills through knowledge sessions and practical experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client peers, leveraging the firm’s resources to grow and deepen those connections
