Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Software Engineering to shape the pipeline integrity roadmap
- Translate industry standards & practices into functional requirements
- Author and review technical specifications, calculation logic and product documentation
- Bring the operator’s perspective into design reviews, prototypes and usability sessions
- Work with the Mechanical Static Integrity, Reliability and Functional Safety disciplines
- Lead business process review workshops
- Guide implementation, configuration and data migration projects
- Provide software tool & business process training and awareness sessions
- Address complex technical questions after go-live
- Help define maturity benchmarks, adoption measures and outcomes
- Represent Cenosco at conferences, user groups, standards committees and industry working groups
- Publish technical articles, white papers, webinars and customer case studies
- Support sales and pre-sales with technical storytelling
- Build internal capability by training colleagues
