Key Responsibilities

•Update and animate weekly result performance meeting
•Provide daily sales report to management
•Master internal performance dashboard tool such as Looker
•Provide all necessary data to management upon request
•Plan Sales forecast in partnership with Area Managers and coordinate with EU/HQ
•Collaborate closely with Europe to ensure accuracy on client data performance
•Own data regarding Client Engagement, Client Experience, Client Performance and Business Performance
•Organize 3 Retail Seminars per year, produce content and coordinate with impacted teams
•Coordinate market strategic content for townhall or Top Management Market visit
•Own and produce boutique Action Plan template
•Monitor, create and animate boutique, local and European instances
•Organize 2 Wholesale Seminars per year, including Watches & Wonders
•Compute monthly commission and communicate to finance for payment
•Manage and deliver strategic projects upon request of Top Management
