Key Responsibilities
- Build high-performing Go and Python services and secure identity and access management solutions
- Define the technical vision for the products
- Manage the team backlog
- Review code and coach younger team members
- Design software, write high-quality code and tests, provide insightful code reviews, write documentation and help to troubleshoot issues
- Work with upstream open source projects and internal teams
- Work with industry-leading teams inside Canonical
- Participate in hackfest events, webinars and conferences
- Travel internationally twice a year for company events
