The intern will work with Business Applications, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, and must be enrolled in a Dutch Master's program in Law, available for at least 3 months starting October 2026, and based in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
- Play an active role in a legal operations project to enhance the quality, structure, and efficiency of our contract repository.
- Audit, process and maintain legacy and new business customer contracts in Salesforce and ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Oversee our ticketing systems.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Bynder Legal Team.
- Conduct legal research on a variety of topics.
- Review basic commercial agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Support the team with ad hoc legal requests and daily legal operations.
