•Architect the Design System: own and evolve our website design system (tokens, components, layouts) as the single source of truth.
•Direct AI-Powered Workflows: lead implementation of AI tools to design, build, and deploy high-quality web pages and components.
•Drive Conversion through Design: apply conversion rate optimization principles to layouts, components, and user flows.
•Own the Full Stack (Design to Deploy): take designs from concept to live, interactive prototypes without developer dependency.
