Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and set 1-year vision for Wishlist and Trip Centric Maps.
- Lead new product development in AI-powered customer experiences.
- Define outcomes and goals for Maps and Wishlist usage.
- Lead bi-weekly mission sprints and manage roadmap.
- Identify dependencies and manage risks across teams.
- Establish delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize ROI.
- Define primary, supporting, and counter-metrics for trip-planning features.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user needs.
- Develop research briefs with Data Science and Insights teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates up to Director level.
- Partner with Engineering Managers for customer advocacy in technical decisions.
