Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sickness absence process portfolio for all long term and/or complex cases
- Manage all mandatory information, tasks and responsibilities to both the employee and the manager during a sickness absence case
- Manage all mandatory information, tasks and coordination to & with external Arbo services
- Ensures meticulous administration of sickness absence cases within scope
- Ensures compliance with the NL social security institution
- Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting to all relevant stakeholders
- Identify non-sickness related matters and find a way to resolve those matters before they escalate
- Contribute to the ongoing improvements of processes and systems
