Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of projects from scoping to closure
- Identify and drive set-up and execution of new/improved business processes between B.com Flights, internal stakeholders, and Strategic Partner
- Manage coordination of programs, governance cycle, and escalation processes
- Drive process improvements
- Drive change management within Flights department to adopt new processes and ways of working
