Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to definition, review, update and roll-out of Data & AI Governance framework and standards.
- Lead end-to-end data lifecycle management: collect retention/deletion requirements from Legal/Privacy, translate into technical standards and PRDs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to design automated deletion workflows ensuring RTBF and statutory retention.
- Partner with Data & AI Governance Solution Architect to embed governance principles in strategic initiatives.
- Define and implement operational framework for Legal Holds.
- Draft and maintain global standard for Data Lifecycle Management focusing on data minimization and disposal.
- Define and track KPIs for lifecycle health; build monitoring dashboards.
- Act as functional lead validating new tooling meets governance Definition of Done for retention/deletion.
- Collaborate with Risk, Privacy, Security to ensure alignment with DMA, DSA, GDPR obligations.
- Lead resolution of Data & AI Governance compliance risks and report KPIs to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between governance methodology, privacy procedures, IT security strategy, and regulations like DMA/DSA and EU AI Act.
