Key Responsibilities

•Analyzing customer data, order profiles, shipment profiles and transport requirements
•Interpreting customer needs and translating them into practical transport solution scenarios
•Supporting RFQs, RFPs, tenders and customer proposals with transport solution input
•Designing or supporting solutions for outbound, returns, parcels, pallets and linehaul where relevant
•Acting as the link between Business Owners, Sales and Transport Pricing
•Aligning requirements with Transport Pricing, Transport Onboarding, Carrier Management, Customs, Sales, Linehaul & Network, Engineering and operational teams
•Identifying gaps, assumptions, risks and dependencies in customer requests and solution designs
•Documenting key assumptions, decisions and open points clearly
•Supporting existing client optimizations by reviewing current transport setups and identifying improvement opportunities
•Preparing transport solution input for customer-facing proposals, internal reviews and handovers
•Contributing to better data quality, reporting discipline and AI-readiness within Transport
•Helping improve the way Transport Solutions works by challenging existing processes, templates and ways of working
