Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global internal communications strategy aligned with organisation's objectives.
- Translate business strategy into clear, compelling narrative for employees.
- Support major transformation, change and integration programmes.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Develop town halls, leadership roadshows and global employee events.
- Prepare executive scripts, messaging frameworks, Q&A documents and toolkits for local markets.
- Ensure consistent messaging across countries and teams.
- Drive employee engagement through storytelling and dialogue.
- Manage and animate global internal communication channels such as intranet (SharePoint), internal social networks (Viva Engage) and Newsflow.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of internal communication actions and engagement metrics.
- Lead broader Communications community (Central & Local) to ensure alignment of key messages.
