Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain Ayvens’ Model Risk Management (MRM) framework in line with SG Group policies.
- Ensure consistent application of MRM principles across all entities, geographies, and model families.
- Oversee the proper identification, classification, and documentation of all models.
- Ensure models undergo independent review prior to use.
- Oversee remediation plans arising from review findings.
- Provide effective challenge to the first line of defense on model design choices.
- Chair Model Approval Meetings and coordinate Ayvens Model Risk Management Committee.
- Produce and present reporting on model risk exposure to Senior Management and Group governance.
- Lead and develop MRM teams located in Paris and Amsterdam.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation of changes.
- Act as primary contact for regulators and internal audit on model risk topics.
