Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations to ensure compliance with service level agreements and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of the logistics team while promoting a collaborative team culture.
- Monitor key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and eliminate operational bottlenecks using lean principles.
- Partner with customer service, supply chain, and external transportation partners to optimize freight efficiency and inventory flow.
- Manage warehouse inventory integrity through rigorous cycle counting and inventory control procedures.
