•Check issues during factory build up and test
•Prepare documentation like progress reports
•Plan and ensure parts, tools, and instructions are arranged
•Create daily execution plans with engineers
•Ensure engineers have necessary support
•Ensure installation quality and cooperate with internal customers
•Report progress and quality daily
•Act as direct link between site and headquarters
•Follow up on quality issues in post-install phase
•Initiate structural improvement ideas
