Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare the installation in Veldhoven, chase quality issues, prepare system transfer to field.
  • •Investigate and prepare technical and logistical deviations, ODRs, DNs.
  • •Oversee installation progress on site focusing on Quality, Cycle time, Cost.
  • •Coordinate, report, and drive installation progress.
  • •Develop and adjust daily plans, anticipate issues, provide first action plans.
  • •Drive escalation management, challenge support parties for data-driven decisions.
  • •Identify and address resource/help requests.
  • •Identify structural issues, capture learnings, share with stakeholders.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • •Act as linking pin and accountable communicator between installation team and Veldhoven.
  • •Own Installation Quality with zero-repeat mindset, ensure ASML Quality standards.
  • •Foster continuous improvement mindset, standardize best practices.
