- Align daily with other team leads and production areas
- Ensure transparent communication of performance and issues
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and procedures
- Promote a high level of discipline and attention to detail
- Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and contamination standards
- Address deviations proactively and consistently
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
- Drive daily performance management (visual boards, stand-ups)
