Key Responsibilities
- Identify simulation/Digital twins opportunities across the factory network
- Build, validate, and maintain plant simulation models for manufacturing flows, logistics, equipment behavior, capacity planning, and scenario exploration
- Drive the development of the internal simulation competence, including standards, templates, modelling guidelines, and long-term vision
- Translate complex operational problems into structured simulation analyses that provide clear insights and decision support
- Communicate modelling results with senior stakeholders through strong storytelling, clear visuals, and well-structured recommendations
