Key Responsibilities

•Operationally act as a second line of support for DNs and C4Cs
•Maintain documentation and master data on packaging instructions, packaging strategies, cleaning codes, re-use indicator, SAP routings, SAP Integrity (Clean desk management)
•Develop and standardize new tools for logistical processes in collaboration with D&E
•Ensure right tooling, processes and work instructions are available for operations for new products
•Work together with NPI Engineer(s) to ensure logistical requirements during design phase
•Act as counterpart for third line of support (D&E)
•Identify and visualize improvement potential in operational processes
•Organize structural incident follow-up by facilitating and chairing RCA meetings for DNs and C4Cs, like DRB
•Actively participate in knowledge sharing and process standardization within the Disturbance Management department
