Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3 FTE finance professionals and support their performance, development, and growth
- Ensure accurate and timely internal and external reporting in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations
- Execute, assess, and strengthen the internal control framework and SOx controls for relevant processes
- Guide the team in adopting new technologies and ways of working and drive innovation while maintaining strong governance, risk awareness, and compliance
- Build a strong understanding of the end-to-end process and reflect this in high-quality reporting, analysis, and business commentary
- Develop a strong stakeholder network and represent Finance Operations with influence and credibility
- Support external audits by ensuring a smooth and well-prepared audit process
