Key Responsibilities
- Shape the Learning & Knowledge Management vision and architecture
- Co-define and implement the vision, mission, and strategy of the Manufacturing Career College
- Establish and maintain the overarching learning architecture and design principles
- Conduct learning and content analyses to identify business needs
- Translate business capabilities and role requirements into clear, structured career paths
- Define and maintain design and quality standards for learning solutions
- Create and manage competency frameworks, assessment models, and certification solutions
- Set quality gates and acceptance criteria for learning design
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with Dutch vocational and higher education institutions
- Identify and explore learning solutions emerging from education partners
- Co-develop learning programs and curricula with education partners
- Represent ASML Manufacturing in Project Beethoven and industry-education collaboration initiatives
