Key Responsibilities
- Translate generic OPEX data into business driven and transparent forecasts applying AI and BI solutions.
- Drive the total OPEX forecasting and budgeting data for Customer Support on which you also report.
- Provide proactive support to the finance business partners and finance leadership.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize process and reporting through AI‑enabled tools, predictive modelling and process automation.
- Proactively enable better business decisions through efficient and effective financial reporting and analysis of operational expenditures.
- Provide relevant insights to finance business partners and business counterparts via recurring reporting and ad hoc requests.
- Support in companywide requests and financial planning processes.
