Key Responsibilities

•Assess procedures for compliance with ASML safety standards and legal requirements.
•Verify that lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other controls are correctly defined and usable.
•Confirm hazards are identified, mitigations are complete, and residual risk is acceptable.
•Check prescribed tools and lifting methods are appropriate, including weight limits and margins.
•Classify or reclassify the procedure’s risk level and sign off on safety aspects.
•Align with Environmental, Health and Safety partners on high‑risk topics and escalations.
•Share best practices and improve means and methods for procedure safety across D&E.
