Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and integrate complex modules into final assemblies according to strict specifications
- Perform mechanical adjustments and alignments to guarantee optimal functionality
- Qualify modules on the qualification tool following established protocols
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical challenges during assembly
- Maintain accurate documentation: update logbooks, provide feedback on procedures, and record progress in SAP and Excel
- Apply structured 5S+1 standards to maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and enhance quality
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and safety protocols
