Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby's solution for new customers
- Develop and execute implementation plans for Strategic (predominantly Enterprise) segment
- Ensure positive customer experience and expedited time to value
- Support customers in getting up and running swiftly with Ashby
- Keep team on track to ensure milestones are met
- Work effectively in a remote-first setting with travel <10% for strategic customer engagements
- Understand customer needs and tailor implementations to meet specific requirements
- Build strong customer relationships through high engagement and communication
- Navigate change management processes and help customers adapt to new systems
- Advise customers on best practices specific to their usage of software
- Proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve processes
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
