• •Complete initial training in product sorting and categorisation across various vintage product lines
• •Collaborate closely with Marketplace Department Managers to learn about listing standards and processes
• •Gain familiarity with departmental KPIs and begin contributing to team goals
• •Build foundational confidence in assisting with assessment, sorting, and initial preparation of vintage items
• •Begin to actively contribute to team's listing targets by assisting in drafting accurate product descriptions
• •Strengthen collaboration with Marketplace Teams by providing reliable support
• •Develop into a proactive team member seeking opportunities to learn and improve efficiency
• •Assist in sorting, grouping, and initial categorisation of vintage products
• •Work closely with managers and senior team members to support KPI targets
• •Assist in writing detailed product listings under supervision
• •Demonstrate developing IT and administrative skills
