Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and harmonisation of HSE management systems across the European veterinary network
•Lead the digital transformation of HSE reporting, analytics and management systems
•Design and deliver engaging, multilingual training programmes
•Partner with local teams and senior stakeholders to strengthen compliance, risk management and continuous improvement
•Act as a central point of contact for pan-European HSE initiatives
•Build strong relationships with operational teams, subject matter experts, senior leaders and external stakeholders
•Contribute to strategic and transformational priorities supporting the Petcare 2030 agenda
