Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
- Work with different types of data including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
- Deliver high-quality labelled data using guidelines and in-house tools to meet KPIs.
- Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities.
- Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
- Pivot between different categories of requirements instantaneously.
- Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types.
- Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.
- Identify day-to-day process and operational issues and suggest changes.
- Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution.
