Key Responsibilities
- Manage statutory financial reporting for three consolidated groups headquartered in the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom
- Prepare consolidated and company-only statutory financial statements
- Ensure accurate consolidation, including equity eliminations and intercompany balances
- Coordinate statutory reporting timelines and manage external audits
- Manage transfer pricing compliance across Europe
- Coordinate and support consultants with Local Files and Master File preparation
- Support transfer pricing audits and authority inquiries
- Oversee and support CIT return filings across European entities
- Coordinate with tax advisors and support tax audits
- Manage statistical reporting to the Dutch Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS)
- Provide ad-hoc external reporting support
