Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring clients are fully prepared to roll-out Adyen's solution
- Manage 5-10 projects at any given time with project duration ranging from 6 months to 2 years
- Work closely with clients' project and technical teams as well as third parties to ensure smooth rollout
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication
- Provide guidance on Adyen's Issuing products and advise on the best solution for clients' business needs
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives to help the business scale
- Deliver clients' feedback to internal teams to identify challenges and improve products and services
- Ensure successful project handovers once rollout is completed by setting up scalable business as usual and support processes
