- Partner with engineering to evolve data infrastructure (Finance/Commercial Data Core) into trusted source of truth
- Establish AI governance and security strategy with access controls
- Define evaluation frameworks to measure AI accuracy and reliability
- Scale agentic systems from experiments to stable, automated workflows
