Key Responsibilities
- Support retail teams as first point of contact for HR questions from employees and store managers across DACH region
- Manage HR administration including contracts, change letters, and employee documentation
- Support payroll processes with monthly people updates and information on joiners, leavers, absences, and changes
- Maintain and update employee information in HiBob and support retail scheduling in Tamigo
- Proactively communicate about contract expirations, policy updates, and legislative changes
- Deliver hands-on support with care, accuracy, and a people-first mindset
- Contribute to team projects with research and operational improvement initiatives
- Assist with scheduling, leave registration, and timesheet corrections across retail stores
