Key Responsibilities

•Redesign finance processes: close, controls, reporting.
•Optimize ERP (Odoo) for automation and integration.
•Partner with Business Control to embed finance in business decisions.
•Own monthly/year-end close, statutory reporting, and audit across NL, DE, BE, UK, ES.
•Handle transfer pricing, intercompany, purchase price allocation, internal controls, asset impairment.
•Coach and develop junior team members.
