Key Responsibilities
- Unlock, model and structure internal and external data in our Databricks environment.
- Design, develop and maintain advanced models and applications using AI and ML techniques, from experimentation through production deployment.
- Perform complex analyses and research, make well-founded model choices, explore new methodologies, and develop and operationalise use cases through to production.
- Safeguard the quality of models and analyses, mentor junior data scientists, and promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, sourcing and modelling data in Databricks and building AI/ML solutions from first idea through production.
- Initiate innovation projects, make model choices, and are co-responsible for bringing new models into production.
