Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of The Maersk Way (TMW) across Customs operations.
- Drive performance through Lean methodologies, structured problem-solving, Kaizen workshops, and data-driven decision making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver sustainable operational improvements.
- Establish effective performance management governance, performance routines, and operational standards.
- Coach and develop frontline teams, strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Digital and Data teams to ensure improvement initiatives are practical, scalable, and enabled by the right technology.
