•Monitor all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for assigned customers
•Answer customer requests via email, phone, or chat
•Be the first point of contact for customers
•Preparation of transport and customs documents
•Find out-of-the-box solutions that improve the supply chain of customers
•Financial handling of shipments
