Key Responsibilities
- Design intelligent, autonomous, and efficient agentic AI workflows using Workato platform
- Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Workato’s Agentic AI capabilities
- Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques for LLMs
- Act as technical solutions expert in AI-driven architectures including RAG pipelines
- Develop and maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making
- Monitor and improve AI system performance
- Work with customers to deliver tailored agentic AI and RAG-based solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge base
- Play role in all phases of product development from ideation to implementation
- Assist product manager in creating technical and design specifications
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
