Key Responsibilities

•Lead multidisciplinary hardware and software engineering capability across international operations.
•Set technical direction and influence architecture decisions for Edge products and platforms.
•Develop engineering roadmaps balancing sustaining engineering, product improvement, and new product development.
•Improve reliability, performance, security, and scalability of technology deployed in real-world environments.
•Strengthen engineering processes, standards, and delivery disciplines.
•Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure strong product design, validation, and engineering methodology.
•Build engineering capability through workforce planning, leadership, coaching, and resource allocation.
•Partner with Product, Operations, and business leaders to translate customer and commercial needs into technical solutions.
•Manage key engineering vendors and technology partners.
