Key Responsibilities
- Lead the GTM Engineering team
- Supercharge the GTM Team with Automation & AI
- Be the subject matter expert on all things automation and AI within GTM teams
- Stay across new technologies and trends and guide the improvement of the GTM organization
- Use LLMs and their constant updates suitably depending on the desired outcome
- Build production-level automations with n8n that serve large global workforces
- Make measured decisions around new GTM technologies to invest in or avoid
- Constantly evaluate automation and configure its level of agency to match the need for human in the loop
- Ensure that anything built is adopted and utilised in the field
- Spot and centralize innovations the GTM team are already making on their own
- Thoughtfully democratize automation and AI to the broader GTM organization
- Contribute to the continued improvement of Analytics capabilities
