Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of significant features and epics — design, build, test and ship.
- Bring greater awareness of non-functional requirements (security, performance, DevOps) and ensure architecture principles are followed.
- Provide thoughtful, pragmatic code review on complex PRs, capturing security concerns and ensuring secure-by-design practices.
- Set and refine code best practices; help maintain and improve QA gates.
- Be active in architecture discussions — asking questions, challenging approaches, contributing to target state.
- Drive collaboration within the team and communicate effectively across teams and geographies.
- Mentor and support mid-level, associate and graduate engineers.
- Contribute to how we design, evaluate and ship AI agents and agentic capability in the platform.
