Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, risk-based testing strategies for complex projects
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple teams, systems and integrations
- Plan, coordinate and execute system, integration, end-to-end, UAT and production verification testing
- Validate complex Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) applications, APIs, data pipelines and user interfaces
- Simulate real-world business processes across internal applications and third-party integrated platforms
- Ensure testing activities align with security, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Design, build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
- Create reusable automated tests for APIs, UI components and backend integrations
- Champion an "Automation First, Manual Only If Needed" approach
- Integrate AI-driven testing techniques to improve coverage, traceability and efficiency
- Perform functional and non-functional testing, including performance and reliability validation
- Monitor and reduce technical debt within testing frameworks and processes
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product managers and business analysts to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Mentor and support QA engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing and best practice guidance
- Facilitate collaborative testing initiatives and quality assurance workshops
- Showcase testing outcomes and business scenarios to stakeholders and product owners
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis activities
- Monitor application quality and identify opportunities for process enhancement
- Maintain testing documentation, frameworks and knowledge repositories
- Drive ongoing improvements to testing methodologies, tools and practices
