Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of AI, automation and business enablement specialists in a hands-on player-coach capacity.
•Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Risk, Technology and other business units.
•Drive the delivery and operationalisation of AI applications, automations and low-code solutions from concept through to production.
•Review solution designs, technical approaches and implementation quality to ensure secure, scalable and supportable outcomes.
•Manage external technology partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational readiness.
•Partner with the business to identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce risk and simplify processes through technology.
•Champion a "simplest effective tech" mindset, balancing innovation with practicality and long-term sustainability.
•Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges, remove blockers and support successful outcomes across the team
