- Own end-to-end ops: build cadences, trackers and meeting rhythms; refine reporting and alignment rituals
- Keep daily work, review cycles and deadlines moving, and turn comms plans into action
- Check everything against regulatory and brand standards before it ships
- Manage capacity and make calls when priorities collide
- Oversee budgets and delivery frameworks for PR agencies, vendors and partners
- Act as the link between comms, brand, field and product marketing teams
- Coordinate cross-company projects and flag issues early
- Translate commercial and clinical updates into a comms plan people can act on
- Build templates for recurring tasks
- Use AI tools to move faster
- Track performance against goals and iterate
