Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-end management of client relationship, pursue aggressive growth, P&L management.
  • •Lead hunting activities to open new mining and natural resources accounts, alongside farming activities to achieve exponential revenue growth targets in the assigned territory.
  • •Structure high-value, strategic deals, leveraging industry knowledge to identify upcoming disruptions.
  • •Develop strategies and change management tactics for growth and increased wallet share in mining and natural resources accounts.
  • •Manage and nurture C-level relationships.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand the relationship and introduce new business.
  • •Oversee complex operational activities related to the account.
  • •Negotiate large deals, MSA, contracts to win-win outcomes.
